Ban Risk & Liability & Account re-selling
ZarSmurfs.com are not responsible for any account bans at any stage throughout the buying or selling process, by purchasing an account through ZarSmurfs.com you hereby acknowledge that you waive any and all liability to ZarSmurfs.com and hereby agree to hold harmless ZarSmurfs.com, their properties and respective owners for any damages or liabilities caused through any video game account bans in any type (Botting,RWT,Mutes,Etc) or any version of these forms of bans on any and all video games listed by ZarSmurfs. ZarSmurfs is responsible for 7 days to lifetime depending on the account tier bought for account recoveries. ZarSmurfs are not responsible for damages caused to an account purchased by a customer if that customer fails to change the password or appropriate information.. Filing a dispute or chargeback against ZarSmurfs.com will result in the immediate suspension of all protections and support regarding any issue.
Refunds & Other Terms
No refunds are offered. Replacements are available as long as warranty has not ran out. Should an account be locked under no circumstances will it be recovered – This is due to users buying accounts and reselling them without ZarSmurfs permission and having users try to have us recover the accounts back for them so that they may scam others. We will not under ANY circumstance recover a locked account for any reason – By purchasing an account from ZarSmurfs or visiting ZarSmurfs.com or speaking to its owners/associates you hereby agree to all of the above terms.
ZarSmurfs may require more information following your payment to properly determine that the payment has been authorized by you, we also require documentation of legal documents to sell accounts to ZarSmrufs.
Verification may include:
– Phone call to a contracted phone number (Thats been verified via our automated systems)
– Text message to a contracted phone number (Thats been verified)
– Proof of a Paypal being Verified (Screenshot)
– Government-Issued Photo ID(Screenshot)
– Payment History of a Paypal account (Screenshot)
– A utility or credit card bill to the address matching your paypal address (Screenshot)
Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in delayed payments for accounts, a hold of accounts being delivered to you or other consequence, ZarSmurfs reserves the right to manage fraud at our discretion, all fraudulent issues will be resolved and or the customer notified within (72) business hours.
Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZarSmurfs and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through ZarSmurfs.com services.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
Please note: If an account is not specifically stated as “Hand-done” in the description it may have a muted, botting ban, or other form of ban on it that is not permanent, hand-done accounts in the description hereby guarantee that the account will have no botting bans in any form but may have other bans. ZarSmurfs reserves the right to not mention bans due to this fact and may withhold refunds or disputes in these cases.
For customer service inquiries or disputes, You may contact us by opening a ticket in our Discord server or reaching out to us through livechat.
Where possible, we will work with You and/or any user buying on our website, to resolve any disputes arising from your purchase.
Warranties are offered based on the tier of the account you have purchased, our cheapest model has a 30 day warranty while the more expensive tiers includes 60 days warranty.
Our warranties only covers bans related to botting, if your account has been banned for toxicity, scripting or any other offence it is not covered by the warranty.
If your purchased account has been banned for botting within the warranty period offered by us, you may claim a free replacement by creating a ticket in our discord server or contacting us through livechat.
When you create a ticket to ask for a replacement, we require you to send a screenshot of the login screen on the banned account, with the ZarSmurfs.com website in the background.
We also require you to send the login credentials for us to manually confirm that the ban is valid to our warranty.
